drawings made in collaboration with David Capra

all works pencil and gouache on paper

David Capra and I made these drawings together a couple of months ago now for the 2020 event presented by Robert Lake and the Jonfrumart Foundation.

I have known David for four years now and have always enjoyed the work he has made, the way he makes it, the energy and passion he brings to creativity and the natural 'certain something' he so clearly possesses as an artist and individual. It is for these reasons and so many more that i decided to ask David to collaborate with me for 2020 and to just see what happened - and happen it did.

I have learnt much about art through our friendship, more than i could ever hope to put into words. It was a great experience working with you David and hopefully not the last, thank you dear friend.

Also, a big thanks to Robert Lake for inviting me to be part of 2020 and again to David for sending the jpegs through!

Well worth a look!
I have started a new blog that i am really excited about. Its basically going to be a fun photographic blog of the suburbs, which seems to be my new topic of focus. Who knows where it will lead, but for me its all about taking that step in a new direction and seeing what happens. I hope you enjoy my new blog and here is the link...
